Don't buy from MiEbooks ITSI

I bought various books for my child at MiEbooks. As a result of an error on their system the books could not be downloaded. I reached out to them. They confirmed that there was an error on their side and they could verify that I was not able to download the books as a result, yet still refused to give me a credit note as I did not notify them within 14 days. Here's a great business model, sell people a product they can't use as a result of your systems not working but then refuse a refund if they don't inform you of a problem you know exist within 14 days. These people belong in jail.
