I appointed MEI Logistic to transport my 2 cars down to Cape Town (Dropped of on 25 June 2025/For collection 1 July 2025). On collecting the cars I discovered that both cars had been driven +- 20 km each, which I found really strange as they were placed on a transporter truck in Pretoria and only needed to then be off loaded in Cape Town. The one vehicle has dash cams and when I downloaded the footage can see that my car was taken on a 30 minute joy ride through Cape town and the out lying areas, and at times drive like a maniac. My 2nd vehicle, unfortunately did not have dash cams, but the Tracker device confirms that the car was driven as well for at least 20 minute and this car has extensive damage done to the front spoiler.

Masood Ebrahim who represented Mie Logistics has been less than helpful, the best way to describe his response was "defensive". He has now sent an email that spells out MEI's stance, which is that they have refused to take any responsibility for this obvious breach of their SLA, saying they did not condone this or approved their staff to do this so the staff are responsible, not them,!!!!!! REALLY!!!!!! How can this badly managed company be allowed to get away with this? For now, the best thing is to know that you should" NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES". I'll keep this channel open regarding how this unfortunate incident unfold.
