I got stuck again today and I called MiWay Insurance for roadside assistance and Haniph Nkuna answered my calls. This young man deserves an award, increment, bonus and promotion. It feels like he is my designated Agent as each time I call MiWay for assistance, he answers my calls and always willing to assist, gives updates on the whereabouts of the vehicle car and details of the driver who is assigned to assist me.
