Worst insurance to be with

I have loged a claim 8 April

2 working days later I had to call in myself after many request for my handler to call me. Handler for the first time contact me 5 working days later. I have disputed my claim amount and have ask what the turn around time is in the interim damage accured with my key also. I have requested some to contact me and my email are just being ignored
