When I got an accident, I immediately called the help line and was assisted very quickly. After that, I was very quickly given an update on my car which was unfortunately written off. Within a week the car had been settled in full less my excess. MiWay further went on with recovery from the 3rd party and I was always kept in the loop by Ntuthuko who gave great service and guidance throughout the process. In the end, the recovery was successful and I received a call from Ntuthuko to inform me of the outcome and refund my excess. Thank you MiWay and team for the great service!
