Very poor service

Since i posted my review last week,they called me to say they will take the matter further and send me my report on what wear and tear is.Im still waiting although i cancelled my policy with Miway.No communication no feedback no nothing from them.Thats one of the reasons i cancelled the policy,no client service,as long as you pay your premiums they are happy.
