Unacceptable service

5 weeks ago my claim was approved and the assessor approved the claim

Every week since the repairer requested additional

No ETA is given just they waiting for parts

They didn't even start body work

What is stopping then from delay it every week. I'm suppose to have comprehensive, the only then comprehensive here is the the weekly delay I get

Then zandile arranges a telecom with the repairer which just waste my time. No eta given no eta on the part basically a useless call which ends on nothing
