Third party claim declined.

Please can someone help me,

I was in a car accident on the 31 August 2023 at 19:42 pm. The driver I had the accident with is insured by MiWay, and I'm not insured with anyone. When the accident happened the driver admitted to his mistake and all was ok from there. No one was hurt or injured . So I said I will call the police so we can do a report he said that we don't need to as no one got hurt. This is my first accident so I have no idea what to do from there on. So I said we will meet at the police station to write a accident report and as I arrived there the next morning the officer I spoke to assisted me with the details, when I provided the info the officer said yes he had already drawn up a report and there was a case number. So he rep**** I have the case number and report quote( they said we will use the same one so I don't need to make another one) so I asked the officer if I could write one up and he said I don't need to. I have proof of that statement from the officer. Once I submitted all the documents required by myway third party claim. All documents were sent that was required and I had to wait for a representative to get back to me. Then miway phoned me and the conversation started into the way of that from what they can see I need to prove I'm not in the wrong and that my robots were green and I had right of way. There was a large white bakkie next to me so I could not see the driver skipping the arrow. I just heard a hooter and by that time it was to late I could not avoid the driver . . Now I have to try and prove to miway I'm not at fault. But the driver already admitted everything and only miway states they don't believe thier client is in the wrong. Can anyone assist me with getting my car fix by the driver who cause it. I can't afford this and it's wasn't my fault. Please help 🙏
