The worst service

Miway after service is so bad. They sent me an email asking me to do a quote because of their new gwalisa campaign. I sent a request two times, a requests on Monday and no one called, sent a request Tuesday still nothing, on Wednesday someone called me once and before i could answer they dropped the call and then sent me an email saying they tried to call me. No you tried only once and didnt call the second time is that your lead Procedures there? Call a client once and close the lead? Thursday i sent another request and a lady called Nombuso called me, told her im busy can she call me at 2pm she said i should send another request i had to be firm ask her to set a callback but she never called. I have my home contents with you and i wanted to add my car i will be removing the contents and will ask my mother who has been with you for so many years to move her assets. Bad service.
