Serious unfairness

I am so angry with Miway. My car is damaged and Miway have done everything in their power to cut the costs on the received quotation because they are only telling me now that my car is old. Why did they not tell me this in the beginning? I could have looked for another insurance. Secondly, I was not told about increasing excess, they are only telling me now.
