Please fix your mess

Our claim has been processed immatualy and unprofessional. The panel beater you choose failed you as an organization. On Friday I received a call from RenewIt advising me that my car has been fixed and I can come and collect it. On Saturday when I got there my car was not complete because no quality checks were done. 1. The window had a gleach when you open it 2. I noticed that there's a dent on the driver's side 3. New scratch 4. The windscreen didn't have the rubber on the driver's side and that is a high risk. 5. Mirrors are not adjustable 6. If I was able to notice the defects after fetching the car then that makes me question the workmanship. I think we have reached the stage of apologies from you, all I want is solutions. The inconvenience of fetching the car and returning it. We are due to return the courtesy car on Wednesday? Please ensure that you communicate with the panel beater and advise because I'm tired of explaining the same thing over and over again with that said, please ask the panel to us their report as I have asked for it and still no response. I have the pictures on request as reference.
