Great service from Miway insurance

I had an emergency claim with a burst pipe underground. In desperation I phoned my insurance company I have been with them for a few years Miway insurance. The service representative a lady Mashudu Mtombeni sprang into action , put my mind at ease and contacted the necessary service providers to attend to the problem . By midday the same day the burst pipe was repaired. Mashudu also facilitated the repair to the excavated area which I just received news today that would be attended to. Almost daily she phones with updated information on my claim status. I appreciate all the positive help from Miway and Mashudu the kind and helpful service representative who went over and above my expectations in customer service. I have many offers of reduced insurance fees from other insurance companies almost monthly but throughout my relationship with Miway insurance I have no issues, no complaints and no waiting on long calls pressing buttons all day long to get help . Great service thank you.
