Frastrated and no service received

I had an accident four weeks ago and sent all relevant documents, received a quote without right lamp and two weeks after they did another qoutation to repair my car's lamp with a second hand,and they don't call or update you about progress I'm so frastrated and don't know what to do, they don't think for their customers even if you have paid for for than 4 years.
