Disappointed client

I had a claim for accident car repair since early April 2022 and still await my car today 7 June 2023. The service I am getting is horrible. My claim is handled by Kgomotso and the only update he/she would care to give me is upon my efforts to make contact with the insurer. This insurer does not even care to follow up and update me on status of claim unless I call and even so they would promise to call back shortly but never do. Had I known this insurance has mastered the skill of delaying my claim and providing a joke of service I would have chosen better. I would not recommend miway at all.
