Car still at panel beater with no contact from Miway

I was involved in an accident on 12 Sep 2022 and my car is still at the panel beaters. Miway has not contacted me once to give progress. The car rental expired and Miway did not respond to my requests for an extension with this, as the delays with the panel beaters was due to the assessor not approving authorisations for car parts on time. I have to follow up directly with the panel beaters and I don't know how Miway assists. I am still waiting for the team leader to contact me.
