Bad bus services

This is the second year using this bus company and they always don't keep up with agreements. Upon hiring their bus services, I asked for the bus to arrive at 06:00am on the pick up spot, and the bus gets there at 06:30am. When I set time it's for a purpose and it's essential to honour my request, and when you call them they make excuses. Them arriving late makes us arrive late at our destination and it inconveniences us and it's one too many inconveniences from one company, I've had enough.
