I made contact with Midvest Pools in Centurion due to word of mouth and asked them to assit me with my swimming pool renovations. We where promised the best service and we made payment of deposit to start the renovation work. we paid all progress moneys outstanding and Midvest Pools did not wait 1 day longer for the funds in their bank accounts. Well this is were our problems started.

Shorty after filling the swimmingpool i noticed the weir lid and basket did not close and that the suction of the kreepy and motor did not work correctly. Midvest pools did at least visit and fitted a pressure valve to see if this would help. All this still in the 24-month warranty period,

A month or two later i made contact with Midvest Pools and asked told him that it is still doing this and that i now need to put in bricks in my new renovated swimmingpool to keep the lid of the weir down to allow the kreepy to work. The product months later I manage to find out is a product from Fluidra Waterlinx. This is where all my problems started.

Midvest pools have been avoiding my calls/ emails and haven't tried to asssit me in sorting this out. They manage to make contact with me and told me that they have ordered the part and that it will take 8 weeks and more to get the part, and that it would be shipped. 10 weeks later now and still the part arrived and this time it was again the wrong part as per Midvest pools...

The Supplier of the product Fluidra Waterlinx - Centurion still dos not support there products in S.A and Midvest Pools does not repsond on my emails regarding this...

This is absolutely the worst service from both companies i have ever received.
