Unprofessional conduct of hospital staff

I am admitted on the 30th May 2022 I am suppose to be seen by Dr Duplessis , 1.very rude and arrogant treats a person like a nonentity 2. He never took my previous medical history but makes a decision on one consultation 3.says I too fat last to exercise and I am going to day of diabetes unless I take insulin which is not proper as he knows nothing about my medical history On the 31st he never pitched to see me then comes on the 1st with that story 4.Nursing staff is worse ,drip gets finished I need to utilize the loo my husband went and asked for the sister to switch off the drip they sa0id they are coming 15 minutes down the line I decided to go with the whole machine and the drip as I was not getting help ENA Nkuna keeps calling me with wrong surname now I am not sure if the vitals are written in the correct record 5. Their ENAs don't follow their scope of practice you find them fidgeting with the drip 6 this is the worse hospital at night can't sleep nurses are making noise 7.i have two days without sleep could not even tell the doctor as he was not interested in my well being
