Still waiting 2 months for physician report

I was seen by physician Dr Jacqueline Anne Goldswain on 29 April 2019, for an exam and was sent to Dr. Sareli P E & Sku****y, also at Midvaal Hospital, for an EKG. It's been exactly 2 months since my visit, and still I have not recieved any doctors reports from her or the cardiologist. I was asked the week after my visit to settle the amount that my medical aid didnt pay, and I did so. At this moment I need the reports, its already been two months. Ive been calling them everyday for the last two week, but I do nit get to speak to the doctor herself, only the receptionist, who says the doctor is really busy, and will get to it soon. This is highly unprofessional, and I will be contacting my attorneys in the new week to come.
