Midvaal Private Hospital are HUGE on ensuring they get paid first, very expensive hospital also, then treatment. for them all about the money, if one look inside the hospital the oldest hospital beds, dirty blanket and old linen, if you are so lucky to get a towel stay there. Casualty Doctors. and staff is good. the ward is a nightmare, no friendly face, reassuring when I needed assistance the one even told the other nurse she is now going to get angry I at stage was so sick, i got up and I said to her you can get angry but I will report it as such. told me that I am not the only patient there, I said I realise that, but I need help please, apart from ringing a bell the other people also called and that unsettled me even more. they really stress an already stressful situation when they change shifts there will be new faces there was two who cared thee rest just there to hand out pills and do assignments at the nurses station, Doctor who was treating me and some Specialists are good, then also there you get those who when I spoke with the Floor Manager had several complaints against her, but where do these complaints go. Is the Midvaal CEO even aware of this or is just another look away action, extremely disappointed in my WHOLE experience there
