Possible Breach of POPI Act number 4 of 2013.

MLM is apparently breaching the Personal Protection of Information Act number 4 of 2013. They place a typed up reminder without an envelope marked "Private & Confidential" on my gate post. I live in Klip Water and there is no postal delivery at all hence I do not have a post box on my gate. The "best run" Local Muncipality Midvaal are not above the law. The POPI Act is applicable to them as well.
