Poor service in midvaal maintanance

Public service in midvaal is so disgusting especial if u are black youll complain n they wont bother to attend on your quiry, i did call several times for the main sewer that is block in my house, it been more than 7hrs no 1 attended on it but they said they have standby people. but if white did complain, with the emmidiate effect all midvaal cars will be around and attend on the matter, and end off the day they call themselves best municipality, shem they will full those who dont know, yes is best for the certain race which is white.
