Poor service

<p>Am a residend of Savanna City,moved in december 2016 and I already had a bill of roughly R1000 of rates& tax. In two months time I got a green letter of double the money I owed but i was paying. I get paid on the 15th and around May i got another green letter with an amount that is bigger than my power,a week after a red letter followed and my water was cutted.Midvaal claims to be giving us six thousand litres of free water but the amount doesnt go down it keeps on going up. They send no one to check on the meters they estimate on how much we must pay per month. We are being overcharged for rates and tax.</p>
