poor service.

<p>Hello, i don't know if this will be relevant, </p> <p>Im a first time property buyer, i live in Savanna City it is a new development area, since i've been living here 2015 i've been paying my tax and rates till i got some amount like R3000 called the midvaal municipal yet they'll direct you to different departments or just drop the phone on u without even assisting. </p> <p>When u arrange they'll give you instructions like how much to pay and for how long as if you owe a bank, for now my bill is like:</p> <p>Other_R11300</p> <p>Water _R1500</p> <p>I'm confused what is other because even themselves failed to explain it to us, its like i am paying two bond houses,</p> <p>We need help at savanna city please and i speak on behalf of other residents even the ones who just moving in now owe big amounts for nothing.</p> <p>Thank you</p>
