Poor Service

<p>Midvaal Local Municipality has the most poor service I ever came across. First of all, I don't receive my statements and when you call they don't pick up their phones put you on hold for more than 4 minutes.</p> <p> </p> <p>The last statement I received which was 3 months back showed incorrect billings and when I requested for a transaction statement, my emails were being ignored. I will say all of the staff is not punctual or helpful. I beleive the only person who assisted me well was Brandon but aother than that the Lebo's and others are just lazy. All they know is too send us threats. </p> <p> </p> <p>All I need is a transaction statement since most of my payments are not reflecting on the side becaus I have received a letter of if I can say a THREAT LETTER saying they will disconnect electricity and water. I have waisted my time and money trying to get through to the correct person.</p> <p> </p>
