MLM is unaccountable is arrogant in fobbing off complaints about their material breaches of the POPI ACT!

If I could I would give no stars. I filed a complaint some weeks ago with the person responsible for issuance of account notices Ms. Pat Hutcheson. Rude arrogant offhandish and even insists she has the right not to respond to a complaint about breaches of the Personal Protection of Personal Information Act.

None of their complaint lines are answered. Not one of any of the important and responsible persona at MLM is so unclear on their website that no user of the webuser can access it. The counsellor for Ward 12 insists she tries her best to assist. But it is the arrogance the off-handed attitude of all responsible senior Management at MLM that could not give a proverbial hoot that is proof that the books may balance but corporate governance and risk do not fall into their vocabulary!
