Midvaal becomiing more ***********

I have now been mailing midvaal municipality numerous times to correct my rates & taxes, this is such an easy correction to make but seeing that even midvaal (DA) is moving towards the *********** level of the rest of the municipalities in Gauteng they can't seem to correct a simple subtraction calculation.
