MIDVAAL ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

I am fighting a losing battle with Midvaal Municipality. I have been using borehole water since 2020. I am still receiving bills for water, even though I have been disconnected for many months. They sent people around and made my husband dig up the borehole to verify that there was in fact a borehole. Yesterday I received a green letter threatening disconnection, which I have to pay for. They need to adjust my bill, which they don't seem to be able to do!!
