LESIRA WATER METER LEFT ME WITH NO WATER !!

Worst experience of my life . I got a faulty meter installed in my house , I've been complaining since Day 1 of this Lesira meter being installed . The plumbers who come here never help instead they come with arrogance . Today I was ASSAULTED by 1 of them cause I told them to fix my meter . Meter is faulty now I'm told to pay for that , haaiboooo . Midvaal municipality you are failing us and sucking us dry. I have no water since Thursday 20 August , no water to drink, no water to bath . My kids are not at school because we have no water . Neighbors cant gives us WATER cause they also buying water . We ate dying with my children because we have no water. These men faught with me just because I am a woman powerless with Noone to fight for me . Just because I want this meter to be fixed ir replaced . Im told to pay forbthe debt on the meter but they not willing to fix . So every month I will pay for a fault they are not willing to fix ... I HAVE NO WATER MIDVAAL MUNICIPALITY!!!!!! I don't want FREE water, thats why we have prepaid but I dont want to be ****** . Come replace this meter and ensure the prepaid service works like it should. If my airtime runs out on my cellphone , I cant make calls , same with the water , CKME FIX MY METER , OR GIVE ME A WORKING METER !!!
