extremely poor service!!!!!

So two years back I bought a farm on Rietspruit. I went to the office myself personally to submit necessary information so that I can start receiving statements. I made it very clear to the lady that helped me to sent my statements to my email address. I didn't receive any statements and thought perhaps on a later stage i will receive. After months I received a statement for almost R7000 and it was a warning. I immediately went to their office in Meyerton and asked them what is this? I told them I never received any statements on my email and just to find out they never updated my email as I requested the first time I was there. So the lady suggested I need to pay it off and I was very angry because I feel it was unnecessary and I have to pay the rates that accumulated over the 6 months and it wasn't my fault. Unfortunately I couldn't keep up with paying my current rates and tax because I had to pay the outstanding 6 months. I doesn't matter which one I paid it just didn't work out for me. They handed me over and I've been requesting for 4 months now to pay off the handover amount... no respond... and im not shocked...because midvaal is extremely poor with their service. Hope someone can help me... I want to pay off your mistake... so can the necessary people assist me to give me information!!!
