Bad service

We are without water for more than a day and a half now. Phoning the service desk does not help either for the following reasons. 1... Difficult to onderstand the person assisting and 2... We are working on it is the general answer. No feedback, nothing. Midvaal is rated one of the best Municipalities but with a service level of this, I don't know. The town experiencing the water crisis is Riversdale Sam Hewitt str.
