UNDELIVERED PARCEL

I have purchased a hair product in September 2019. I have been contacting them ever since for my product as I have not received anything as yet. I have also been to my post office to see if there isn't any parcels and unfortunately there is nothing. I have been emailing this company and have gotten no responses. its February 2020 already,I have requested a refund and still no response. I am extremely unhappy about this, especially the amount I have paid for this product
