Dealership refusing to keep their faulty car

We bought a car in November 2024. Stylish polo Tsi comfortline 2021 (R Line). On collection of the car we noticed a few minor faults. The car was brought back a few times to correct those. After a while it could not start. It has been towed three times to date. The dealership refuses to change the car or cancel the deal completely. They still insist on giving their client a car he no longer wants.
