Terrible workmanship

Midstream pools installed my pool safey net. After weeks of promises and no net the net was installed. Unfortunately the installer had no idea how to install the clips into rhodesian teak because he drilled the *****s directly into the wood without pilot holes, which caused the wood to split. I complained about this. Someone eventually came to look at the damage and promised repairs would be done. I gave the installer the name of the rhodesian teak supplier in Pretoria. The supplier has a saw mill and the wood is readily available. After 2 months of complaining, phoning, checking in with Midstream pools all I get is: \sorry we are still waiting for the wood as it is imported."I asked Midstream pools to keep me up to date with the situation. They promised they would but I am the one having to phone them again and again. I get told that they don't know what is going on and promise me that I will be phoned"
