Terrible service

We have maintenance contract for our swimming pool. We phoned them on 14 Dec to report a problem with the swimming pool pump. They were going to send a quote. The next day we still have not received a quote to fix the pump. We phoned agiain the next day and ask to fix before the public holiday to prevent the pool turning green. They only fixed the pump on Friday. Monday they were suppose to service the pool . When we got home Monday evening the pool was green. We phoned on Tuesday and they came out and put chemicals in the pool, we were advised not to swim. On Wednesday we phoned again to come and clean the pool after the chemicals were added the previous day. Pool still not clear. We have lost 3 days of swimming during the holiday period, this is what we wanted to prevent. I was informed by the Maintenance Manager that they were not aware of the problem and that they can only address my problem when they have time in their schedule. It seems that no priority is given to clients on maintenance contracts when a problem is reported. The teams that have been at my home do not know what the others did the day before. There is no communication between the repairs and maintenanc teams.
