Poor Service

I have called more than 20 times, the owner is never available nor does she return calls. I have full cctv system installed at my house. Their people come just to look at the pool and leave. They have ****d my signature and REPLACED my creepy with someone else's creepy. It was 1 month old. To date they have skipped their services and my pool is now green with fungus build up. They have promised many times to sort it out but never pitched. Be aware of this. I have the footage and emails to prove it.
