Shocking service

Shocking service, grumpy, unhelpful, flippant receptionist. Can hardly answer your questions. When asked if there were any porters, answer was a flat "No!" and she returned her attention back to the computer screen. Only 2 wheel chairs available and the one had no foot rests at all! With the second wheel chair, the one foot rest was not able to adjust and was sticking up at such an angle, it was virtually impossible to place your foot.
