An unfair system

It has been 4 years of living in midstream and new shopping centers have been built. I have stomached alot of things I have noticed until Wednesday afternoon when I went to the BONDEV PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, which manages the retail space inside the estate. I have tried getting space at the shopping centre from when they started building and all I heard was no it is already full , which I understood until I spoke to the finance lady that told me Moyan Spa is not renewing their contract anymore and when I asked why, she said because the owner already has ANOTHER spa inside midstream. To me I was extremely perplexed when I heard one person owns two of the same business in midstream, but when we ask for space it is always full. Thats okay. What puzzled me was when the lady that deals with the properties came in and I repeated myself to her that I wanted to check if there is space for an ethnic salon, she told me there is no space at all in the whole midstream but she conveniently forgets to tell me about the Moyan Spa contract ending. What I actually want to complain about here is the fact that she said there is no space anymore for a beauty lounge in the estate because they already have enough beauty concepts, which is fine until you make her understand none of them cater for ethnic hair and theres clearly a huge demand since midstream has around 70000 homes and not all of them have Caucasian hair and secondly she says she has over 20 applicants for that type of salon but they still not going to consider opening an ethnic hair salon. Is that not ******** to totally dismiss the huge demand ? I do not understand most shops at the square are as relevant as giving an ethnic salon a chance because the demand is there already, so I am not making it up in my head. That lady had the nerve of telling me she is trying to explain to me without getting annoyed, that is extremely rude and uncalled for because I would not want to start thinking if all she is telling me is because I am a young black woman trying to run a business in a property management that caters for white business. I did not want to make this a black and white issue, but my parents wanted to open a nandos franchise there and they got the same old no space story. So is the problem because it is black owned business or is there really no space ever in the whole of midstream for a tiny salon that will cater for us too as residences and we don't have to go far to do our hair and do it in the comfort of our yard? We pay the same rates and taxes but one person can own the same business concept, two day spa's and we cannot ever get a small 50 square meter shop? What a wow! Midstream is a lovely estate, but honestly the property management for retail is totally unfair.
