SSEG process - Midstream Electrical Supplies | Rose Phosiwa | A real gem

Over the past few (many) months we had to comply with the Small-Scale Embedded Generation (SSEG) process for our solar installation.

It in itself is a controversial process, not to mention tedious.

We however had the privilege and pleasure of dealing with Rose Phosiwa who managed our case.

What however stood out was not just the patience, but professionalism and in particular the humility she handled the process to completion!

It was a rare experience and also a breath of fresh air to experience the service AND support from Rose. Many of us can learn a lot from her.
