Awful Management!

These people have TERRIBLE service in their lounge upstairs!! My sister was kicked out last night for requesting a song to be played. Instead of the manager saying no, the dude went off swearing at her and calling her a "useless *****". She was further escorted by a bouncer ALL FOR A SONG REQUEST???!!! A manager should know how to communicate respectfully with a customer. The manager either needs extensive training or he should go! I'm very disgusted at their service!
