Pathetic manager pathetic service .

An absolute appalling experience, my husband took his car to this guy maybe a month ago, to replace a part which he was sure was the only part to be sorted for a slight ticking sound . Upon paying R6000 for this my husband drove his car only to find the noise the same , called the guy and was advised another part is damaged ... my husband asked why didn't he mention about this part while repairing and his response was it's not going to damage the car , bear in mind that this was the exact sound we paid R6000 for to be removed !!!!!!! He ignored calls cut calls , did not respond to messages until my husband lost his cool a bit only to find the lies about the other part not available. My husband sourced the part himself and asked the mechanic to fit it .. he had multiple excuses of him being busy or not working on Saturdays etc .. none the less we had the car in today only to now pick it up with a worse sound I wonder now whether they are purposely damaging our car for it to be continuously fixed and whether this is out of spite . Pathetic workmanship , I called and as you would expect with much anger and his best response was cutting the call as he did with my husband . How does a mechanic run a business with not even testing a car after a part is fitted and also returning the car in such a worse condition .you are messing with someone's livelihood and someone's life . Turns out the part that actually needed to be sorted cost 350, so what happens to the R6000 we paid . We will get to the bottom of this
