taxis not available on time

I am very disappointed with the type of services we get from the Midrand taxi association. It is becoming a bad habit at the Moriting (Tembisa) rank for taxis not to arrive on time. There are also taxis which we travel in that are not in a good condition for the road and our safety as passengers. It is very unfair that we pay full amount on a daily basis for vehicles that never go in for service and repair when faulty, it s a risk. This puts our jobs at risk because we get to work late due to such issues, and explaining everyday to our managers makes us seem *********** and unfit for our jobs... I would suggest that all vehicle conditions to be checked at least twice a month...Moriting taxi rank to be micro managed weekly to ensure that good services are delivered, passengers get taxis at all times at the rank and to be transported to work on time.
