It feels comfortable

As clients we always seek to point out the worst without seeing our attitude as humans. I have used this practice for +-6 years now. Not every visit is the same, as with our moods or seasons as people. It takes time to build relationships and understanding humour or an environment. Some days are tense some days are very heartwarming. My experiences have improved overtime, and as advice to clients, be nice too and people will return the favour. Dr Jacovides is a very thorough and kind person and a once off visit will not get you this experience. A very humorous and humble yet caring man. Dr Nthati is also a nice lady, with time you get to see this. We have to ve realistic to realise that on busy days, treatment can be different. I could say the same with reception staff and nursing staff: very friendly people- days are not the same. It feels so good being in that humble medical center knowing care is here for me. Keep up the good work.
