Pearson Institute (MGI) is run like a fly by night

I'm so tired of calling actually... That finance department is a complete mess.

How is it that I call the Institute and be kept on hold for over an hour? I really can't comprehend. All I want is my results.

Those call agents have such bad attitude and even have the audacity to drop a call for reasons only known to them (mind you, a call that I have made several times & put on hold for over an hour),

Since, I can't go to the Pearson as I'm in a different province, does this mean I should forget about getting this sorted out? Does this mean I should tell my current or potential employers that I can't provide proof of my academics because I can't get a hold of the Institute? Pearson is run like a fly by night. Its so overwhelming as this delay impacts more than they will understand. I'm so disappointed.
