No Assistance

I am a graduate from Midrand Graduate Institute, currently known as Pearson’s Institute of Higher Education. I have been struggling to get hold of someone who can assist me with a confirmation letter stating that I studied with this Institute. I’ve called both Pretoria and main campus multiple times. I wouldn’t expect asking for a confirmation letter to be such a hassle, and I don’t understand why I have to go back and forth so many times just to receive one. I called multiple times, spoke with so many student advisors that I lost track of names. At some point I was told I would receive a call from someone named Justin. I unfortunately missed Justin’s call as I was at an appointment but called about 20-30mins later only to go thru the same back and forth process. I still can’t get hold of Pretoria campus. I’ve gone as far as sending a Facebook inbox asking for assistance. I still do not have my confirmation letter. Still haven’t managed to get hold of Pretoria campus

Graduates should be just as much of a priority as prospective students
