MGI an *********** organisation

For MGI to think it's a university is a joke. Try their call centre if you want to speak to a bunch of *****s and imbeciles. I spent 1/2 an hour on the phone, was passed to 6 different people, just to establish the fees for the 2nd year of Master's in Psychology degree. No-one could answer the question, and eventually the line went dead. This is a very fami**** pattern. The administration is parlous, and clearly the managment staff are completely ***********.
