***********, arrogant and unprofessional
The level of incompetency and arrogance of the staff at PIHE is appalling. I was sent around for most of two days to simply get a letter of completion and/or a certificate for a degree I completed. The lady who is in charge of the academic registration for the science faculty (Constance) didn’t even seem interested in helping or doing her job. This is so unprofessional.
