******* use of sponsor

Can you please explain how you put a judgement against someone who did not renew sponsorship of a student. The account for the year of the sponsor is paid up and the following year your student had a different sponsor. Further to this, the second year has been charged for courses that were never taken up. How do you charge for Maths 2 when Maths 1 was never passed?? It is deception to use the wrong sponsor's details!
