Horrible Institute!! Refusing me to Graduate

I was a student at Pearson Institute since my First year till my last. Throughout my time at the Institute, i was referred to register a particular module at another institute. I went to register for that module and completed only to be told that the module is not equivalent to theirs. Yet they are the same people who approved my application and all. This is the only module I’m left with to graduate, but they want me to redo it over again. I feel ****** of my studies, a total waste of years at the institute. They always come up with excuses and very dishonest. They’ll tell you that nobody knows anything about it and can’t find that referral letter on their system. All my hardwork down the drain, they brutally refusing me to graduate. All they want is money and for me to pay and redo a module because of their incompetence. I’m very very disappointed in the institute, I don’t even have words to describe how i feel. They don’t take our feelings into consideration. disappointed!!..they never want to held accountable. I’ve send countless emails and even went to the institute to fix this matter but everyone seems to have the same mindset. All they want is for me to blame myself and live with regret. How can you do a module you already passed? Same books same everything yet they want me to register and pay ridiculous amount of money for something I’ve already completed.!! Very much Disappointed. Horrible Institute. I paid so much money to be denied a degree I’ve worked so hard for!
