breach of contract

I have a problem with the above institution. My daughter and I were advised by Sylvia Rautenbach[student adviser],that in order for my daughter to do Psychology, she needs to do pre degree this year and after passing ,she will then do Psychology course for 4 years.<br> <br> Now this year,around September 2015,the children were told that they need to know that after passing their pre degree this year, they are going to do BA in Psychology not Psychology. They didn't send us a letter or email about it as parents .According to her matric results, she qualifies to do AB Psychology not Psychology. That's why we were told she needs to do pre degree first.<br> <br> I called our student adviser,Sylvia Rautenbach. I was told she doesn't work there any more. We were referred to another one Dina ,who referred me to the manager.<br> <br> On the 09 November I called the manager Douwneen ,she said she is busy will get back to me. however to this date i am still waiting <br> <br> They have waisted my family's time and money. My daughter passed the pre degree its only fair she studies what she please which is psychology or she is put in her second year of BA in psychology. <br>
